I and some others in IRC are noticing the site is timing out. Is this
maintenance, or are things breaking?

maintenance, or are things breaking?

A UPS had turned into an IPS, which took down some of the networking. The
server was up, but was off the Net.

It got fixed this morning.

Sorry about the outage.
