[Plug-webdev] double the devel?

we have two devel meetings in the calendar for next month.

Both are scheduled from 19:53 to 22:59. After that we go down to one
event, but for the same time range.

Would someone please axe the extra event and also fix the times for next
month and future devel mtgs?
